I actually biked

Before I got pregnant, or before I knew I was pregnant and feeling not good I actually did get out and bike and exercise a bit this year.  I just wanted to put in some proof of that.

This was a really cold day, probably in March, out biking to Lincoln Beach with Melanie Clayton and Marci Lamoreaux.  It was a REALLY cold day.  But great ride!

 I did get in at least one more ride with these girls.  The temperature was a bit chill but not too bad.
