Exploring City Creek Center

During Eric's spring break we went as a family to see the new City Creek Center in Downtown Salt Lake City.  It is quite impressive.

 It is of course lots and lots of stores and shops, apartments, offices, and restaurants built as an outdoor mall that can be enclosed.  I was so impressed with how nature was incorporated in the building.  It is beautiful and a very comfortable place to walk and explore.  I loved the patio with the huge outdoor fireplace.

The food court has a great play place for the kids.  All these colorful dinosaurs that the kids can climb on, play on, slide on, crawl through and have a blast.

Even though it was kind of cool that didn't stop some kids, even Rubie, from enjoying the splash pad.

Okay now I'm cold.
