Not Your Grandma's Fruitcake

Because Scott is so disciplined he won't eat cake.  Not even birthday cake.  Not even for his own birthday.  For which I admire him and do my very best to help him out.  I had this idea to make a "fruit cake."  I saw a picture on a website in passing of a cake made of a watermelon.  So I came up with my own.  Rubie and I made Scott's birthday cake a "fruit cake".  It turned out quite well and he was totally surprised with our effort.  Happy Birthday!  We love you!
