Tea Party

On Monday Rubie and I made invitations to give to her friends Savannah, Samara, and Iris to come to a tea party on Friday afternoon.  Bring your favorite doll and wear and princess dress if you want.  Since I was so sick with a sinus infection on Rubie's birthday I promised her later we could have a tea party.  The day finally came and she was so excited.  We got an adorable tea set and bought yummy treats and snacks.  The girls' favorite part was pouring the juice from the little tea kettle into their miniature tea cups.  Lots of juice was spilled, but thank goodness for a very absorbent cloth on the table, no juice made it to the floor or any dresses.

Sleeping Beauty

One afternoon Rubie got mad at me.  She ran into Eric's room
and shut the door.  I came to check on her
within a few minutes and
found a little Sleeping Beauty a mid the stuffed animals
in the closet.

Halloween

Halloween was a lot of fun this year.  We decorated our pumpkins very cute.  There was a witch, pirate, skeleton, princess, and even Iron Man.
Rubie dressed up as Strawberry Shortcake and Eric was Iron Man, a Ninja, and a Transformer Bumble Bee.
To Kids Village Halloween Program and class party Eric showed up as Iron Man.
To the Little Gym halloween party he went as a Ninja.
For trick-or-treating he went as Bumble Bee.

I attempted some cute cupcakes at a YW activity that the kids enjoyed eating.

Corn Belly's x2

We made it to one of our most favorite fall activities twice this year--Corn Belly's!!  We went once on opening day with our friends the Pasquett's who are new to our neighborhood, and once with Daddy when Mommy was recovering from surgery.  Stay tuned for some shots of some of the best activities at Corn Belly's.
