Other Memories in December

Pictures of Samuel throughout the month of December:

Eric and Rubie sure love to use Daddy as a jungle gym, wrestling foe, etc., and in turn Daddy can use them to enhance some exercises.

The kids sure make their share of messes in the house.  They can really use toothpaste to mess up their bathroom.  I decided it was time they learn to do some more of the cleaning around the house.
Rubie had a Polar Express party at preschool.  They went to school in their pajamas and slippers and had polar express activities.
Eric likes to take pictures making funny faces.
On the 28th I had such a treat to snowshoe for an hour in Rock Canyon with Courtney and Sarah.
They next day Angela and Andy joined us all for a snowshoe from Tibble Fork Reservoir to Granite Flats Campground.

Christmas

Christmas is always a special time.  Eric and Rubie were so looking forward to Christmas.  They start asking, even before Thanksgiving, how many days until Christmas.  They talk about what we will do and what they will get.  We try to find ways to make it more about Christ and how to remember to give and enjoy time with family too.  The Sunday before Christmas we had a dinner and devotional and Mom and Dad Jeppson's, complete with a telling of the Nativity.  We spent Christmas Day here.  Angela and Dellitt joined us in the morning.  Andy and Beth came over in the afternoon.  Scott had some days off around Christmas and the Jarvis' were here too.  So we tried to do some enjoyable things without it being too much for me and Samuel.

We made bracelets for the kids' school, church, and dance teachers and grandma Jeppson.

We did a live nativity telling of the Christmas story.  Each person had a speaking/reading part, we sang some hymns, and heard testimonies from Scott and Jared.
